Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SweepCode (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the company operating SweepTalk, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit www.sweeptalk.in, request a demo call, interact with our AI voice agents, or communicate with us by email, phone, or WhatsApp. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Who We Are
SweepTalk is a product of SweepCode, a digital services company based in India. Our address is Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. For any privacy-related question or request, you can reach us at info@sweepcode.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- a) Information you provide directly — your name, email address, and phone number submitted through our demo request form, along with any details you share with us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- b) Demo calls and voice agent interactions — when you request a demo, we place an automated call from our demo line to the number you enter, and our AI voice agent speaks with you. That call is recorded and transcribed. We also collect conversation metadata, including call duration, timestamps, the number dialled, the language detected, and the outcome the agent reached. The same applies to calls handled by voice agents we operate for our business clients.
- c) Details gathered during a call — when a call ends, our system automatically analyses the transcript and stores a structured summary of it. That summary can include a name, an email address, or a callback number you mentioned during the conversation, along with the reason you called, what was resolved, whether follow-up is needed, and an assessment of the tone of the call. Details captured by voice may be misheard, so they are treated as unconfirmed.
- d) Technical information — your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. Your approximate location — city, state, PIN code, and country — is derived from your IP address, as described in Section 4.
- e) Cookies and advertising identifiers — Meta Pixel identifiers (
_fbp,_fbc) and Google Ads identifiers (_gcl_auand related_gcl_*cookies), used to measure the performance of our website and advertising. See Section 6. - f) Payment information — where you become a paying customer, billing details are collected through our payment processor. We do not store your full card number or CVV on our servers.
This website has no user accounts and no login, so we do not collect passwords or set sign-in session cookies on www.sweeptalk.in.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the SweepTalk voice agent service.
- Place the demo call you request and follow up on your enquiry.
- Respond to your enquiries, schedule demos, and provide customer support.
- Process payments and issue invoices.
- Send you service-related communications and updates, and — where you have opted in — marketing messages.
- Measure and optimise the performance of our advertising, including campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents. This includes rate limiting our demo line so that it cannot be used to call the same number repeatedly.
- Comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations under applicable Indian law.
4. Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Advertising
Our website uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API (CAPI), operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. These technologies let us measure the effectiveness of our advertising, understand which actions visitors take on our website, and show relevant ads to people who may be interested in our services on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta properties.
For this purpose we may share the following with Meta:
- Hashed identifiers — one-way SHA-256 hashes of the email address, phone number, and name you submit to us, and of your approximate location (city, state, PIN code, and country). These are hashed before they leave our systems, so Meta receives the hash rather than the value itself.
- Your approximate location, which you do not give us directly — we derive it from your IP address using the geolocation data our hosting provider attaches at its edge network, or, where that is unavailable, a third-party IP geolocation service.
- Unhashed technical data— your IP address, your browser user agent, and the Meta cookie identifiers described in Section 6. Meta’s specification requires these to be sent as-is.
- Event data — page views, content views, opening the demo dialog, and requesting a demo call, together with a value we assign to each event type.
Meta acts as an independent controller of the data it receives; its own privacy practices are described at facebook.com/policy.php.
How to opt out. You can manage your Meta advertising preferences at any time from your Facebook or Instagram Ad Preferences page, and you can block the Meta Pixel by blocking cookies or using a tracker-blocking extension. Note that the Conversions API sends events from our server, so blocking cookies in your browser does not stop it. To object to that server-side sharing entirely, write to us at info@sweepcode.com and we will exclude your details.
5. Google Ads and Conversion Measurement
Our website also loads the Google Ads tag (gtag.js), operated by Google. It sets the _gcl_au cookie and, when you arrive from a Google ad, records the associated click identifier, so that we can tell which ads lead to demo requests. Google receives your IP address, your browser user agent, and the conversion event.
Google’s privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and to support our advertising. The cookies set on this website are:
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_fbp | Meta | Identifies the browser so we can measure how our Meta ads perform. | 90 days |
_fbc | Meta | Stores the Facebook click identifier when you arrive from a Meta ad. | 90 days |
_gcl_au | Used by the Google Ads tag to measure conversions from our ads. | 90 days | |
_gcl_aw, _gcl_dc | Store the Google click identifier when you arrive from a Google ad. | 90 days |
Because the website has no accounts, we set no sign-in or session cookies of our own. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them limits our ability to measure advertising, but the website will continue to work.
7. Voice Agent, Recording, and WhatsApp Data
When you speak with a SweepTalk voice agent — including on the demo call you request from this website — the conversation is recorded and transcribed. We use those recordings and transcripts to deliver the service you asked for, review and improve the quality of the agent’s responses, evaluate the underlying models, and maintain a support and audit trail.
Where a voice agent is deployed on behalf of a business client (for example a hotel, gym, clinic, restaurant, or bus operator), that client acts as the data controller for the interactions collected under their deployment, and SweepCode acts as the data processor. In those cases the business’s own privacy policy also applies to the interaction.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, we process the messages you send in order to respond to you. You can opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP.
8. Sharing of Information
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers we rely on to operate the platform, including cloud hosting and infrastructure, telephony and voice providers, speech and AI model providers, communication API providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and an IP geolocation service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. for the advertising and measurement purposes described in Section 4.
- Google for the advertising and measurement purposes described in Section 5.
- Business clients whose voice agent deployments you interact with, as described in Section 7.
- Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SweepCode, our users, or the public.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same protections described in this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as applicable law requires.
- Enquiry and demo request details — kept while we are in contact with you about your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Call recordings and transcripts — kept for as long as the related account or deployment is active, so that you and our business clients can review call history, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Records we must retain for tax, accounting, or other legal reasons — kept for the period the relevant law prescribes.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 10), and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it. When information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, where legally permitted.
- Withdraw consent for processing based on consent, at any time.
- Nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
- Opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link, replying STOP on WhatsApp, or writing to us at info@sweepcode.com.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@sweepcode.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and, in any case, within the timelines prescribed by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, secure one-way hashing of identifiers shared with advertising platforms, and monitored infrastructure — to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No system is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.
If a personal data breach does occur, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and each affected individual in the manner and within the timelines prescribed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
12. Children’s Privacy
SweepTalk is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years and above, and by businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact info@sweepcode.com and we will take steps to delete it.
13. International Data Transfers
Our infrastructure and several of our service providers — including cloud hosting, telephony, and AI model providers — are located outside India, so your information may be processed outside India. Where information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the website or by email.
15. Grievance Officer and Contact
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may contact our Grievance Officer with any complaint about how your personal information is handled:
